Foyce Le Xuan says she is not the one sex with Jack Neo in the VCD Video

Straits Times reported that a person has claimed to have a sex VCD of Singapore film-maker Jack Neo and singer-actress Foyce Le Xuan, and has threatened to release it. According to Chinese evening daily Lianhe Wanbao on Wednesday, the person sent an email to Neo on Tuesday evening, claiming to have the VCD of him and Le having a tryst in a hotel room, and demanded Neo to come clean on their relationship. The email, which was also sent to Lianhe Wanbao, also included an image of the two having sex, allegedly taken off the VCD.

Le, the second woman to be linked to Neo after part-time model Wendy Chong first spilled her affair with the Cultural Medallion winner, suspects that the mysterious person could be the same one who had made threatening phone calls to her earlier, when she first went public to reveal that Neo had sexually harassed her when she was a member of his artistes group.

As reported in Asiaone and news, Foyce Le Xuan, the 29-year-old actress and singer alleged to be in a sex video with Singaporean director Jack Neo, presented four points of evidence to prove that she was not the woman featured in a photograph of the supposed video.

According to a Shin Min Daily News report, Ms Le said that four points about the woman in the image could prove that she was not the woman in the photo.

1 She said that the woman in the photo had a flat foot, but she did not suffer from that condition.

2 The woman in the video still was also observed by Ms Le to have size seven feet, but Ms Le said that she only wore size three shoes.

3 She also pointed out that the woman in the image had very "clean" legs, which were devoid of scars or blemishes. She then showed the newspaper that she had two moles on her right calf.

4 She also observed that the woman in the photo was of a larger build than she was.

Ms Le noted that while the woman in the picture was not fat, her stature was not as petite and the difference was "rather obvious".
